Rachel Greenfield - Middletown, VA
Rachel Greenfield found it difficult to keep up the motivation to exercise. She wanted to live a healthier life and work out, but was too self-conscious to do so in front of others. She discovered virtual racing and began using the events and challenges as encouragement to put miles in. After completing more than 40 virtual events on her own, she gained the confidence to participate in her first live 5K this August. She uses online running communities as her support system and confidence booster so she can continue on with her healthy lifestyle.
